The Quality Control of K-YAO

Should strictly carry out this regulation of Quality Control in the day-to-day production testing ,which is available in daily-use porcelain, daily-use stoneware, household porcelain, furnishings and art ceramics and building ceramics.

  • 1.By sample transactions and shall be in accordance with the sample test.
  • 2.Quality assurance system:
    •       ensure the the products’ quality and do not have any bad feedback and more than 12 authorized inspectors shall do the routine tests and the occasional spot checks.
  • 3.Review Export Document
    •       review all relative Export Document according to states’ regulations.
  • 4.Sampling:
    •       check the export ceramics name, quantity, grade, flower number, device type, specifications, marks and so on, according to the the goods piled situation and sampling standards, it is necessary to check the goods from the packaging intact box in a randomly selected way.
  • 5.Testing:
    •       Appearance inspection shall be done by inspectors in a randomly selected way. Lead, cadmium, physical performance, packaging must meet the ISO standard.
  • 6.Re-inspection
    •       If the inspectors find any substandard products, the production managers shall redo the products and substandard products must be scrapped
  • 7.Sealing the packaging, each batch shall be classified and sample management.
